Stage 2 Fire Restrictions enacted

Effective beginning 12:01 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2026, until further notice. These restrictions apply to all private land and BLM managed public lands within the boundaries of the Grand Junction Field Office. For more information visit the Fire Restrictions webpage.

Administration

The County Administrator is in charge of carrying out policies set by the Board of County Commissioners. Recommends management practices and supervises County Departments, oversees the budget and day-to-day operation of the County.

The County Administrator and his staff direct the daily operations of the County and coordinate and maintain relations with other branches of government and agencies.
